Booking Fees for Private Dinners:

A customized event with Navarro Private Chef Services is quoted at a per person price dependent on the menu choices. A standard NPCS event typically is four courses and the price per person includes a planning call with chef Adam, grocery shopping, menu preparation and printing, cooking and plating, and clean up. Please fill out the below form to receive a quote regarding the event you would like to plan.

Notes when planning your event:

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. We can accept Venmo, Apple Pay, or a mailed check. We request a final head count 7 days before your event and will base the final fee off of this head count.

  • We require two week notice if you need to cancel your event. If you do not provide two week notice, we will not be able to return your 50% deposit.

  • You will receive an invoice 24 hours prior to your event with the final amount due. We will collect payment via Venmo, Apple Pay, cash or check by the end of your event. This final invoice does not include gratuity.

  • Additional courses over 4 can be added to your pricing estimate if requested. This can look like hors d’oeuvres, intermezzo, or an additional plated course.

  • Chef Adam events are typically individually plated but can be served family style if need be

  • We will use all of your own plates and flatware but can provide our own for an extra fee if you don’t want to use yours

  • Navarro Private Chef Services will not provide beverage options including alcohol

  • A travel fee will be added if more than 45 minutes from Doylestown, PA

Meal Preparation Services

Reserve Chef Adam for your meal preparation needs!

This service includes menu planning, grocery shopping and preparing the food each week. Navarro Private Chef Services will do the cooking in your home kitchen and can assist with suggestions for meal planning. Chef will stock your fridge or freezer accordingly and send an invoice each week based on the quantity and type of meals requested. If the client lives more than forty five minutes from Doylestown there will be an additional travel fee. If the client does their own grocery shopping, this will reduce the cost of the meal preparation services.
